Human Resources Generalist

Position SummaryWe are a fast-growing logistics and supply chain company operating across North America and Latin America. We support cross-border e-commerce, warehouse operations, and freight logistics in a dynamic, high-growth environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruitment for office, warehouse, and management positions.Partner with business leaders on hiring plans, employee development, performance management, and workforce planning.Handle employee relations matters, coaching, investigations, and disciplinary actions.Support onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including HR documentation, employee records, and policy administration.Ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. employment regulations.Support payroll, benefits, and other HR projects as needed.Qualifications6+ years of HR experience in recruiting, HR operations, HRBP, or employee relations.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.Experience in logistics, warehousing, or fast-growing environments preferred.Bilingual English and Chinese is a plus.
