Gain hands-on experience with supervisory processes, regulatory controls, and cross-functional operations while building skills in Microsoft Excel, reporting, data validation, and problem-solving.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare and maintain Supervision reporting used by Supervision Principals and leadership to provide insight into field and home office activity.Support ad hoc reporting, data analysis, system testing, data validation, and process improvement efforts.Coordinate with internal business partners to track and help resolve outstanding issues and respond to inquiries under supervision.Maintain policy and procedure documentation and learn Written Supervisory Procedures (WSP), the Compliance Manual (CM), and core controls.Participate in team meetings, training, special projects, and cross-functional interactions while communicating with internal and external business partners as needed.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMSMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft PowerPointMicrosoft WordMicrosoft OutlookFinancial services supervision, reporting, and compliance systems PREFERREDSKILLSStrong academic record.Interest in financial services, compliance, supervision, reporting, or data analysis.Coursework or project experience involving data, reporting, or analysis.
