TEAM Services focuses on building partnerships and delivering personalized care to meet the unique needs of individuals.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site position located in Richmond, VA, for a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) on the Residential Crisis Stabilization Unit team. In this role, the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) in the Residential Crisis Stabilization Unit (RCSU) provides direct therapeutic, skill-building, and crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing acute behavioral health crises. The QMHP supports stabilization, safety, and recovery by implementing individualized treatment interventions in a structured residential setting.QualificationsComprehensive knowledge and experience in Mental Health Care and PsychologyAbility to effectively perform Case Management and Mental Health support tasksProficiency in Crisis Intervention strategies and techniquesStrong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and interdisciplinary teamsVA-designated or licensed as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-A or QMHP-C)Understanding of community resources and support systemsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related fieldAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, crisis-oriented environmentExperience with electronic health records is a plus
