Leasing Consultant - Fairburn GA

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding their ideal rental property and ensuring a smooth leasing process. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with tenants. Duties: - Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner - Conduct property tours to showcase available units and highlight key features - Provide accurate information about rental properties, including lease terms, amenities, and pricing - Process rental applications and conduct background checks on potential tenants - Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are properly completed and signed - Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, including conducting unit inspections - Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and effectively - Maintain organized files and records related to leasing activities - Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize occupancy rates Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role, such as law, contract administration, or real estate administration, is preferred - Familiarity with Section 8 housing regulations is a plus - Strong knowledge of leasing laws and practices - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software - Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable lease terms for both the tenant and the company - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with prospective tenants We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
