This is a great opportunity to step into a high-impact position with strong exposure to senior leadership and ownership across core accounting processes.The OpportunityYou’ll play a central role in the finance team, owning key accounting processes across multiple revenue-generating events and working closely with commercial teams to ensure financial accuracy and insight.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn month-end close processes including journal entries, accruals and reconciliationsPrepare and review financial statements in line with reporting deadlinesManage revenue recognition across multiple events/projectsPartner with commercial and operational teams to ensure accurate financial reportingSupport budgeting and forecasting cyclesConduct variance analysis and provide actionable insightsAssist with audit processes and ensure compliance with accounting standardsDrive process improvements across finance systems and reportingWhat We’re Looking ForMust-have:5+ years’ experience in accounting Strong understanding of month-end close and financial reportingExperience in project-based or revenue-driven businesses (events, media, agency, SaaS)ACA / CPA preferredStrong Excel skills and attention to detailAbility to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentHighly desirable:Exposure to events, exhibitions, or media businessesExperience with revenue recognition (multi-stream / project-based)Systems experience (NetSuite, SAP, or similar)Why JoinHigh-growth, entrepreneurial environmentStrong exposure to senior leadershipClear progression path as the business scalesCollaborative, fast-paced culture
