You may upload them on the application under the CV/Resume section.\n\nQualifications\n\nRequired Education and Experience\n\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nFive years of working in higher education, particularly in health professions education, interprofessional education, or related experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nGraduate or professional degree in health-related field.\n\nHealth professions or interprofessional education experience in a higher education setting.\n\nExperience in planning, organizing, and managing activities for small- and/or large-scale interprofessional simulations.\n\nExperience in developing competency-based learning opportunities for health professions learners (students, faculty, staff, community partners, etc.).\n\nExperience in managing/monitoring departmental budgets and contracts.\n\nExperience developing strategic plans and goals for small- and large-scale interprofessional simulations.\n\nExperience working on teams to ensure tasks are distributed effectively and appropriately to manage workload and meet goals.\n\n Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities\n\nAbility to multitask and work cooperatively with others.\n\nKnowledge of Microsoft 365 and/or related word processing and spreadsheet applications.\n\nExperience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Canvas.\n\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\n\nStrong interpersonal, leadership, problem solving, and organizational skills.\n\nMaintains attention to detail and utilizes sound judgment.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nProgram Management and Administration\n\nPlans, organizes, and manages day-to-day activities for small- and large-scale interprofessional simulations.\n\nDevelops procedures and implements logistics for the administration of small-scale and large-scale interprofessional simulations.\n\nAssists with monitoring IPER budget and related contracts for interprofessional simulations and equipment to ensure overarching program budget is maintained.\n\nAssists in developing strategic plans and goals for small- and large-scale interprofessional simulations.\n\nWorks to ensure vertical integration with foundational and advanced IPE curriculum.\n\nAssists with the development and production of materials designed for small- and large-scale interprofessional simulations.\n\nResearch, develop, and prepare presentations with internal and external stakeholders and local and regional conferences.\n\nLiaises/meets with internal and external stakeholders to promote excellence in program delivery and to ensure communication between partners.\n\nWorks with other team members to ensure tasks are distributed across the IPER team and appropriately across stakeholders to manage workload.\n\nAssists with other program workgroups as needed.\n\nStudent Engagement\n\nEngages students directly for operational coordination.\n\nDevelops and conducts programs for students, faculty, staff, and community volunteers including leadership training, conferences, seminars, and workshops.\n\nServes in an advisory capacity for certain initiatives.\n\nCommunication and Collaboration\n\nMaintains and develops communications between partners by attending meetings.\n\nCollaborates with teams of colleagues and stakeholders to ensure tasks are distributed effectively and appropriately to manage workload and meet goals.\n\nAdditional Information\n\nMachines or equipment used in the performance of essential duties\n\nComputer: 30 hours a week\n\nTelephone: 1 hour a week\n\nOther Requirements and Factors\n\nThis position is security sensitive.\n\nThis position requires compliance with state and federal laws/codes and Texas A&M University System/TAMU policies, regulations, rules and procedures.\n\nAll tasks and job responsibilities must be performed safely without injury to self or others in compliance with System and University safety requirements.\n\nAfter six months, this position may allow an alternate work location per TAMU guidelines.\n\nWhy Texas A&M University?\n\nWe are a prestigious university with strong traditions, Core Values, and a community of caring and collaboration.
