Our client is seeking an experienced Transaction Coordinator to support a high-performing brokerage team handling transactions across industrial, office, retail, and multifamily assets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives being at the center of commercial real estate deals, from start through closing.What You'll Be Doing as a Transaction CoordinatorSupport commercial real estate transactions from marketing through closingPrepare offering memorandums, investment packages, and marketing materialsPerform detailed lease abstractions and commercial lease reviewAssist with underwriting, financial analysis, and due diligence coordinationTrack transaction activity, market data, comps, estoppels, and deal documentationWork closely with brokers, clients, and internal teams to keep transactions on scheduleManage multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-moving brokerage environmentWhat They're Looking For in a Transaction CoordinatorCommercial real estate transaction coordination experienceStrong understanding of CRE terminology, deal structure, and transaction flowExperience supporting brokerage teams in a high-volume environmentHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailStrong communication skills and professionalismExperience with lease analysis, underwriting, and transaction documentationArgus experience strongly preferredPreferred Transaction Coordinator BackgroundCorporate Solutions or Office Transaction experienceInvestment sales transaction exposureExperience supporting industrial, office, retail, or multifamily brokerage teamsAdditional DetailsFull-time, in-office positionNo hybrid or remote option availableOpportunity to work alongside an active, high-energy brokerage team with strong deal flow and exposure to major commercial transactionsPlease note that Compensation and Benefits are set by our clients and REP cannot be held responsible for any changes in benefits or final compensation offered for a position.
