Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesInstall window coverings such as blinds, shades, shutters, and drapes according to measurements and specificationsMeasure windows accurately for new installationsInspect and prepare job sites to ensure safe, clean, and efficient installationsLoad, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment for daily projectsTroubleshoot and adjust coverings to ensure perfect operation and appearanceCommunicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure satisfactionFollow safety procedures and maintain company tools and vehicles in good conditionQualificationsPrevious experience in window covering installation, carpentry, or a related construction trade preferred (training available for the right candidate)Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitudeAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or liftsValid driver's license and clean driving recordProfessional appearance and positive customer service attitudePhysical demands:The physical demands of this role include standing for long periods, lifting up to [X] lbs, and handling materials and equipment.
