Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, geographic location, and any applicable laws.\r\nResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain program trackers, schedules, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.\r\nProduce recurring and ad-hoc reporting (weekly status, monthly rollups, executive summaries), translating data into clear insights and recommended actions.\r\nSupport budget/financial tracking (forecasting, spend plans, variance monitoring) and flag risks or deltas early.\r\nPartner directly with program leadership to manage daily priorities, prepare for key meetings, and ensure follow-through on leadership direction.\r\nDrive the day-to-day operating cadence: schedule meetings, build agendas, capture decisions/next steps, and actively track action items to closure.\r\nMaintain real-time program visibility by updating status artifacts and coordinating resolution of blockers, dependencies, and cross-team handoffs.\r\nCoordinate stakeholder inputs across functions (engineering, finance, contracts, logistics, etc.) to keep deliverables and responses on-track.\r\nQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Analytics, Public Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).\r\nMinimum three (3) years of experience in program execution support, program analysis, PMO, business operations, or a similar role.\r\nStrong analytical ability and comfort working with ambiguity; able to synthesize information into clear recommendations.\r\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel (pivots, lookups, structured data) and strong comfort with PowerPoint/briefing preparation.\r\nExperience running operating rhythms (cadence meetings, action tracking, status reporting) and driving follow-through.\r\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with a leadership-support mindset (clarity, discretion, responsiveness).\r\nAbout i3i3 is a technically diverse, 100% team member owned business, headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama specializing in missile and aviation systems engineering and logistic services, electronic warfare and electromagnetic effects analysis, UAS system integration and flight operations, full lifecycle C5ISR engineering services, cybersecurity and IT/IA innovative solutions and virtual training, simulation & serious game development and implementation.
