Provide troubleshooting support for users and develop training materials to guide employees in using the LMS effectively.\r\nEnsure the completion of administrative tasks and maintain readiness for compliance audits, including scanning and uploading sign-in sheets and ensuring attendance records are accurately maintained in the LMS.\r\nCoordinate Professional Development (PD) activities as required and offer training support for various College and HR initiatives.\r\nFacilitate group discussions among department employees to identify and address issues, promoting internal problem-solving to foster teamwork, enhance resilience, and overcome challenges.\r\nCollaborate with third-party vendors on systems, training courses, contracts, and other related matters.\r\nServe as a resource for employees seeking guidance on training issues and gaps in their professional skill sets, and identify, source, and recommend training programs that best address their needs.\r\nPlan, organize, and develop new training programs tailored to the evolving needs of growing and changing departments.\r\nSupport Engaged Learning and faculty professional development by uploading, managing, and maintaining content in the LMS.\r\nSupport other offices and departments in developing and implementing team-building initiatives.\r\nImplement process improvements to enhance departmental performance as needed.\r\nMaintain the online training environment by regularly updating content, managing group settings, and monitoring utilization.\r\nOffer standard professional advice upon request.\r\nMinimum Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, General Business, Liberal Arts, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
