This role is designed for a superintendent who takes pride in running clean, efficient, and well-managed projects without unnecessary chaos or corporate bureaucracy.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day jobsite operations from project start through completionCoordinate subcontractors, schedules, and inspectionsMaintain project timelines, quality standards, and safety complianceCommunicate with project managers, clients, and field teamsEnsure job sites remain organized, efficient, and on trackProactively identify and resolve jobsite challengesQualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction SuperintendentExperience with tenant improvement and/or ground-up constructionBackground in restaurant, retail, or hospitality projects preferredProven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project schedulesStrong understanding of construction sequencing and site logisticsAbility to read and interpret plans, specifications, and scopes of workStrong communication skills with field teams and project stakeholdersCommitment to safety, quality, and accountability on every projectValid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as neededRequired SkillsStrong understanding of construction sequencing and site logisticsAbility to read and interpret plans, specifications, and scopes of workStrong communication skills with field teams and project stakeholdersCommitment to safety, quality, and accountability on every projectPreferred SkillsBackground in restaurant, retail, or hospitality projects preferredPay range and compensation packageBase salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 depending on experience.
