Develop mitigation strategies and coordinate mitigation actions to meet the broader organization goals, milestones and objectives.\r\nEstablish communications cadence to ensure appropriate program governance and facilitate weekly project team meetings to provide status on progress and milestone achievement.\r\nIdentify and track cost savings, efficiency gains, and strategic synergies.\r\nCollect lessons learned and ideas for continuous improvement as the project progresses.\r\nLeverage data insights to measure and report project performance against plan.\r\nWhat you will bring\r\n15+ years of project/program management experience leading complex acquisition integration and transformation initiatives in a global, fast-paced environment.\r\nExperience in the technology industry is a must.\r\nProven expertise in M&A and/or acquisition integration is mandatory. Finance and other functional expertise are an advantage.\r\nBachelor's degree in business; MBA a bonus.\r\nKnowledge of business transformation/change management and project and program management approaches/methodology, planning, execution, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.\r\nExceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills; strong cross-functional communication skills to drive alignment across the organization. Demonstrated critical thinking and thought-leadership skills, able to build credibility and lead without authority.\r\nDetailed, motivated and solution-oriented individual that can collaborate well with internal stakeholders and external partners at all levels, and as needed.
