We are seeking talented individuals to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced, agile environment, where your contributions will directly impact critical systems and the firm's strategic objectives.\r\nWhat You'll Do Serve as a Senior Developer, collaborating closely with internal development teams to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality code.\r\nDrive the design, development, and support of tools and processes, from gathering detailed user requirements to architecting and implementing solutions.\r\nLead strategic planning discussions with technical, business, and client stakeholders.\r\nDevelop comprehensive architectural diagrams, software code, and automated test scripts.\r\nProduce efficient and clear technical documentation.\r\nAct as a key liaison, translating complex technical concepts for non-technical counterparts and vice versa.\r\nArchitect and develop effective solutions that align with the organization's overarching vision.\r\nActively participate in product design and development sessions, contributing innovative ideas.\r\nEngage fully in all Agile ceremonies, fostering a collaborative and iterative development process.\r\nPartner with Business System Analysts to define and document business and technical requirements.\r\nCollaborate extensively with team members and partners, exploring enhancement opportunities and technical options.\r\nEnsure the timely delivery of technical project and release deliverables.\r\nMentor team members, share knowledge, and continuously expand best practices within the team.\r\nManage multiple priorities effectively while navigating daily challenges and opportunities.\r\nWhat You'll Bring Must-Have Qualifications 8-10 years of experience with Java, Spring framework, cloud development, and Web Services (REST, SOAP) supporting high volume transactions in a highly available environment.\r\n3-5 years of experience designing and developing solutions for complex, enterprise-wide projects.\r\nA strong understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) principles and their benefits.\r\nProficiency in developing architectural and design documentation, functional and technical specifications, and automated test processes.\r\nStrong working knowledge of software development methodologies, with extensive experience in Agile development processes.\r\nExperience with industry-standard tools for Agile project and code management.\r\nWillingness and ability to learn all aspects of test data management and associated tools.\r\nAbility to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including managing offshore development activities.\r\nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills.\r\nNice-to-Have Qualifications Experience and working knowledge of cloud platforms.\r\nExperience and working knowledge of various database technologies and messaging queues.\r\nExperience in driving process improvements, enhancing feature adoption, scalability, and automation.\r\nAquent is an equal-opportunity employer.
