Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR.REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:Minimum Years of Experience: 1 yearTraveler Experience: Unit accepts 1st time travelers ONLY if they have EPIC experience.Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: YesSkills: IV Start, some non-titratable Cardiac Drips, Telemetry patients knowing rhythms.Certs: BCLSPREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:Telemetry. ACLS and NIH.JOB DETAILS:Target Ratios: 1:6-7 (usually only see 7 with last min call outs which is rare but have plans in place to help support the nurses if that's the case)Shift: 12HR NIGHTS36 hours can be offered.Unit will accept contracts for 13 weeksMay be floated to other units with same skill levels or tasks.RTO: 7 days MAXWeekend Requirement: Every other weekend.PATIENT DIAGNOSES:Medical and post surgical patients. Remote telemetry monitoring.UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication):Pyxis, EPIS, SBARSCHEDULING TYPE:Unit schedulesUNIT ORIENTATION:12 hoursHospital Orientation week one; traveler must be available for classes each day.SCRUBS:
