You must be confident prospecting and closing while also capable of delivering high-level service that drives retention and referrals.Licensing Requirements• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license is required prior to Day 1 in the office• Pennsylvania Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of starting• Licensing support and guidance are providedPrior State Farm or insurance industry experience is preferred but not required.Role OverviewAs an Acquisitions Specialist, you will drive growth for two agents while helping protect and expand their existing books of business.
