This role functions similarly to a roving SLP, supporting a diverse PK–8 student population with varying communication needs.**Caseload & Responsibilities*** Approximate caseload of 55 students, 3-5 year olds* Services include assessment, direct intervention, progress monitoring, IEP development, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams* Work is fully in-person; may consider virtual service permitted via hybrid model**Candidate Requirements*** Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology* Valid state licensure and/or credential required for school-based practice* Experience with birth-3-year-old populations preferred* Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills* Ability to adapt to shifting caseloads and school sites**Why Join Us**This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys variety, flexibility, and meaningful work with a wide range of student needs.
