Transfer technical operational knowledge through coaching and mentoring.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nDemonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec\nWorks safely at all times\nEnsure the safe operation of team members through regular communications, as well as modeling a \"Safety, is Your Life\" mentality\nEffectively executes the completion of the Leadec scope of work (SOW)\nEffectively communicates necessary information and status updates to manager\nIncorporates \"PDCA\" (Plan, Do, Check, Act) mindset into regular routine\nFocuses on resource utilization, best practice guidelines, and continuous improvement\nEvaluate team members and recommend/deliver training to improve performance\nEffectively communicates necessary information to management\nTimely completion of all required Leadec and customer reports\nActively attends all required meetings\nAll other duties as assigned by Leadec manager\nCompetencies:\nCommunication-Effective verbal and written communication\nCustomer Service Orientation- Satisfying customers\nAdaptability- Willingness to deal with unexpected challenges or circumstances\nProblem Solving- Defines complex problems and brings about viable solutions\nLeadership\n-Serve as a responsible company representative\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nAbility to learn industry standards and best practices\nStrong leadership skills\nEffective interpersonal communication skills\nStrong organizational and planning skills\nIntermediate computer skills\nAbility to guide / train others\nPosition Requirements:\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent\nPrevious experience in supervision or management is preferred\nStrong work ethic\nPossess a strong customer service mentality\n5+ years of experience in an industrial environment preferred\nProgressive responsibilities in supervision\nComputer literate\nPhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the key actions of the job:\nThe employee is required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is moderate). The employee is frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surface from 8-12 hours.
