Role Description We are seeking a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in Fort Mill, SC. This is an on-site role that involves evaluating and treating children to develop their sensory, motor, and functional skills. The therapist will work collaboratively with families and other team members to create and implement individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include documenting progress, setting achievable goals, and engaging children in activities to improve their daily living skills and overall development. Qualifications Proficiency in Sensory Integration and Occupational Therapy techniquesExperience and knowledge in Pediatrics and Early Intervention therapyDemonstrated ability and enthusiasm for Working With Children, fostering a positive and encouraging environmentActive state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in South CarolinaStrong communication and collaboration skills for working with families and a multidisciplinary teamCertifications in advanced pediatric or sensory integration techniques are a plusMaster’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
