This role requires strong leadership, scheduling expertise, and the ability to manage large, cross-functional teams.\r\nEssential Duties And Responsibilities\r\nProject & Team Leadership\r\nLead multiple large-scale residential and government construction projects concurrently\r\nManage and mentor teams including PMs, Project Engineers, and Superintendents\r\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders\r\nFoster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team environment\r\nPreconstruction & Estimating\r\nLead preconstruction efforts including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and risk analysis\r\nDrive value engineering and constructability reviews\r\nSupport procurement strategies and subcontractor selection\r\nFinancial Management\r\nOwn project financials including budgets, forecasting, cost control, and cash flow\r\nMonitor profitability and ensure projects meet or exceed margin targets\r\nReview and approve change orders, pay applications, and financial reporting\r\nScheduling & Execution\r\nDevelop and manage detailed project schedules (Primavera, MS Project)\r\nOversee critical path activities and proactively mitigate risks\r\nEnsure successful delivery across multiple active projects\r\nContracts & Operations\r\nManage owner and subcontractor agreements\r\nEnsure compliance with scope, schedule, safety, and quality standards\r\nResolve issues and maintain strong subcontractor relationships\r\nSafety & Quality\r\nEnforce OSHA and company safety standards (OSHA 30 preferred)\r\nOversee QA/QC processes and site performance\r\nPromote a culture of safety and continuous improvement\r\nClient Management\r\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships\r\nProvide clear, consistent communication and executive-level reporting\r\nLead project closeouts, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience\r\n8–15+ years of construction experience with a general contractor\r\nProven track record of managing and delivering multiple large-scale projects simultaneously\r\nStrong financial and cost management expertise\r\nExperience leading large, cross-functional project teams\r\nBackground in residential and/or government construction projects\r\nEstimating experience strongly preferred\r\nAdvanced scheduling experience (Primavera, MS Project)\r\nExcellent communication skills and ability to operate with flexibility and urgency\r\nOSHA 30, or ability to acquire, is required\r\nState/local General Contractors license is preferred.\r\nPMP and CQMC preferred.\r\nLEED Accreditation or experience with sustainable building practices is preferred\r\nWhy Join Sevan?\r\nLive Our Values: Join a company that values integrity, respect, teamwork, excellence, and charity.
