The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of direct experience working with LearnDash, understands the unique needs of online IT schools, and can design, implement, and optimize e-learning features for a smooth student experience.\n\n*Responsibilities:*\n\n* Develop, customize, and maintain LearnDash-based LMS websites.\n* Create and optimize course structures, quizzes, certificates, and reporting features.\n* Integrate plugins, third-party tools, and APIs for seamless LMS functionality.\n* Troubleshoot, test, and resolve technical issues related to LearnDash and WordPress.\n* Optimize site performance, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.\n* Collaborate with our team to ensure the LMS supports our training programs effectively.\n* Training the LMS admin of our team to regularely maintain the platform\n\n*Requirements:*\n\n* *Minimum 3 years of proven LearnDash development experience (MUST).*\n* Strong knowledge of WordPress LMS platforms, plugins, and themes.\n* Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress architecture.\n* Experience with payment gateways, e-commerce integrations (WooCommerce preferred).\n* Prior work with *online IT training schools or e-learning platforms (preferred).*\n* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.\n\n*Preferred Skills:*\n\n* Experience with SCORM/xAPI or other e-learning standards.\n* Familiarity with student analytics, LMS reporting, and automation tools.\n* Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in e-learning.\n\n*Contract Details:*\n\n* Remote position – flexible working hours.\n* Project-based/ongoing contract work.\n* Competitive pay based on experience and scope of work.\n\n*How to Apply:*\nPlease submit your *resume, portfolio of LearnDash projects, and hourly/project rate at vijaycomputeracademy(at)yahoo.com *.
