This position plays an important role in keeping materials and products flowing smoothly from inbound receiving through outbound shipment.\nWhat You'll Do\nUnload merchandise from inbound trailers and verify shipments against purchase orders and invoices.\nReceive, sort, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise.\nMove and stock inventory throughout the distribution center.\nPick and prepare customer orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse technology.\nTransport materials and merchandise safely using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.\nStack, load, and stage merchandise for outbound shipments.\nWrap and prepare products for shipping using shrink-wrap equipment and other packaging tools.\nMaintain accurate inventory, receiving, and shipping records.\nKeep warehouse locations organized and ensure products are stored safely and efficiently.\nFollow proper material handling procedures and all company safety requirements.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.\nAssist with other warehouse and material handling duties as needed to support daily operations.\nQualifications\nMust be at least 18 years of age.\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred.\nPrevious material handling, warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain experience is preferred but not required.\nAbility to safely operate or learn to operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.\nWillingness to be trained and certified on applicable equipment.\nAbility to perform basic math calculations and maintain accurate counts.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.\nReliable attendance and dependable work ethic.\nAbility to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment.\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team.\nPhysical Requirements\nStand and walk for up to 8 or more hours per shift, including potentially walking 5–10 miles throughout the workday.\nFrequently lift and move materials weighing 20–50 pounds.\nOccasionally lift and move materials weighing up to 85 pounds.\nFrequently bend, twist, kneel, reach, push, pull, crouch, climb stairs, and stoop.\nUse hands for gripping, lifting, scanning, moving, and handling merchandise throughout the shift.\nAbility to work overtime as needed.\nWork Environment\nThis position is performed in a distribution warehouse environment.
