You'll work closely with the founder and users to design and implement new concepts and ideas.\n\nYou'll own how the product looks and feels, from the design system through to the shipped interface, and be responsible for delivering the best value to our users. Your decisions will shape the product and its future.\n\nWhat you'll do\n\nBuild and ship the interface our users live in, owning it from first sketch to production\n\nLead design innovation, with a focus on how complex modeling work should look and feel\n\nOwn the design system, our brand, and the marketing site, so everything we put out feels like one product\n\nShape the product and its future, to lead the new era of predictive modeling\n\nElevate the team, by bringing your own ideas and expertise to the table\n\nPartner with the founder, to build a product that our users love\n\nWhat we're looking for\n\nExperience designing and building customer-facing interfaces at a software company with a high engineering bar\n\nStrong frontend skills, with deep command of Typescript, React, and CSS\n\nTrack record of owning a design system that other engineers built on\n\nAn eye for motion, typography, and the details most people never notice\n\nCares deeply about craft, and about knowing when something is done\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment\n\nHigh level of autonomy and ownership\n\nThrives in a remote, asynchronous environment with a lean, high-output team\n\nDomain knowledge in predictive modeling and data science\n\nYou'll love this if\nYou want to own how a product looks and feels, and to build it yourself rather than hand it off. You are passionate about predictive modeling and hold high opinions about how software should be designed and built.
