The Connectivity component is our integrations into major online travel agencies like Agoda, Airbnb, Booking.com, Google Travel, and VRBO. Our nearly 15,000 customers rely on our core and connectivity product to manage $300M+ in monthly reservations.ResponsibilitiesWe provide value to our customers by relentlessly simplifying our product and uncovering new ways to gift our customers their time back. We want to make managing short-term rentals trivial. Your responsibility is to keep our product on mission.Drive outcomes and own the results on a multi-million dollar business lineDevelop and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, breaking that down into rapidly shippable projects, consistent with the company visionCollect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end productsWork with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps, based on your interaction with customers and aggregate customer feedbackPartner with sales, customer support, and engineering to ship features and products that solve the right problemsEnsure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedulePrioritize, set the pace of execution, and balance engineering cost with impact on business. Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end usersMake creative recommendations to expand product base and vision. The total budget for this role is between $153,000 - $188,679 depending on the cost of living in your location.
