The Operations Associate will also be exposed on sales strategies including prospecting, qualifying and closing potential residents and then on executing a lease. This position will have growth potential throughout the portfolio.\r\nKey Position Responsibilities:\r\nCreate and build a strong Picerne Resident experience brand that supports the sales team and builds exceptional resident relationships to encourage resident retention\r\nHandle day-to-day Resident relations tasks to provide a luxury lifestyle brand\r\nSupport the Sales team on the sales funnel\r\nWeekend availability required.\r\nTangibles:\r\nDaily tasks include checking the community email, walking the property, checking the mailrooms and securing loose packages, resupplying coffee, calling residents for packages, dry cleaning pick-up and delivery, food delivery, scheduling vendors for maintenance\r\nResponsibilities include welcoming new residents by sending welcome emails and scheduling the move-in, including applicable resident communication sign ups\r\nReceive on-site rent payments\r\nHandle resident feedback or complaints, write resident incident reports and work with the team for solutions\r\nReport lease violations\r\nInitiate Self-Guided Tours for the property\r\nHandle Guided Tours and prospects as aligned with the General Manager\r\nHandle package delivery and other high touch Resident Relations tasks as needed\r\nBe knowledgeable on Resident services, hours of operations, in-house events, directions, etc.\r\nHandle move-out process of residents\r\nCollaborate with the General Manager on all Resident Incident Reports and ensure recovery of the Residents\r\nAnalyze resident feedback from the Reputation Management software and suggest ways to improve ratings\r\nQualifications:\r\nAbility to multi-task and work well in a fast-changing environment\r\nRecent graduates or current college students (Juniors/Seniors) are encouraged\r\nExcellent interpersonal skills\r\nA team player who is resourceful and self-motivating, with the ability to learn on the job through colleagues and technical resources and likewise, pass on learned techniques to others\r\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\r\nAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks\r\nPositive, can-do attitude\r\nKnowledge of Yardi, and other related residential software application not required\r\nFlexibility in this role is essential as the hours of work can vary to include Resident events or activations\r\nCompetencies:\r\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\r\nAbility to initiate and foster relationships, persuasive communicator, and excellent interpersonal skills\r\nAbility to anticipate and resolve issues inherent to residential lifestyle living and developing resourceful and creative solutions\r\nStandard of excellence, diplomacy and attention to detail aligned with the Picerne Residential culture, desire to consistently deliver high-impact resident service experience\r\nCreativity to build momentum and excitement for residents with each event\r\nEntrepreneurial, make-it-happen approach, resourceful, and sense of fulfillment from connecting-the-dots and making results happen\r\nFlexibility to adapt to a varied work schedule based on regular business hours plus event demands (overtime, nights, weekends, and ability to travel - when necessary)\r\nPhysical Requirements:\r\nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk while working on a computer\r\nProlonged periods of standing and walking\r\nMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds\r\nWhat We Offer:Happy, healthy employees enhance our ability to assist our residents.
