We pride ourselves on providing our clients with a depth of expertise unrivaled in the industry.\nWhat Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like\nServe as the primary point of contact between the owner, contractor, and electricians to ensure smooth communication and project execution.\nBe on-site regularly to observe, measure, and document electrical and automation-related construction activities.\nInspect electrical and automation equipment and verify installations meet design and safety standards.\nPerform acceptance testing for automation systems and troubleshoot issues as needed.\nAttend construction progress meetings as the owner/engineer representative and provide technical input.\nEdit and review engineering plans using AutoCAD and/or REVIT.\nPrepare CAD plan sheet drawings and assist project engineers and managers with tasks throughout project delivery.\nEducation Requirement\nAssociate’s degree in Construction Management Technology or related field experience preferred.\nMust-Haves\n2+ years of hands-on experience in construction inspection and maintenance, with a strong focus on electrical and automation systems.\nEffective communication, both oral and written, with residents, businesses and public agencies.\nAbility to travel throughout the northern Chicagoland area (own transportation).\nWork in a team environment.\nStrong written, verbal, computer, and organizational skills.\nCompensation The pay range for this role is $28.00 to $40.00. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, and certifications.\nYou matter!
