Job Description POSITION: Senior Xperience AssociateREPORTS TO: Xperience Manager / Assistant Xperience ManagerMIN REQUIREMENTS: High School Degree or Higher, and either 2 years of front officeexperience or 2 years of managerial experienceSCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: Full-Time - must work both weekend days;SUMMARY / OBJECTIVEThe Senior Xperience Associate is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services along withbeing responsible for the various tasks involved in the overall operation of the front office, includingmaximizing sales and controlling expenses of the front office. The Senior Xperience Associate will alsoassume the Manager on Duty role in the absence of the Xperience Manager and the Assistant XperienceManager and ensure proper management of the front office and staff.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Management of the front office operations, including scheduling of front office personnel unlessyour hotel has an Assistant Xperience Manager Manage the Business Center and Vending Operations Participate in the on-boarding of new front office staff, ie. training on front desk duties Manage guest review responses via TripAdvisor, Google+, Yelp, Guestfolio unless your hotel hasan Assistant Xperience Manager Assist in generating content for the hotels' social media efforts
