The role covers end-to-end development of LLM-powered applications, from architecture through backend implementation and production support.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build and iterate on LLM-powered agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain or similarDevelop backend services in Python for AI applicationsImplement RAG-based solutions (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) for knowledge and data accessBuild and extend applications using Dash (or comparable Python frameworks)Integrate solutions with AWS (Bedrock, Lambda) in collaboration with solution architectsSupport and debug existing production Python applications running in AWS environmentsWork with data sources such as Snowflake and internal knowledge basesParticipate in the full lifecycle: from POC, through pilot, to production deploymentCollaborate with stakeholders and technical teams in an agile environmentRequirements (Must Have)Strong proficiency in Python (backend development)Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar)Solid understanding of LLM application patterns, especially RAGExperience with AWS services (especially Lambda and Bedrock)Understanding of backend architecture for production AI systemsAbility to debug and maintain cloud-based Python applicationsWorking knowledge of Dash or similar Python-based frontend frameworksExperience working with LLM orchestration, tool calling and prompt designWhat You'll Work OnFinance RAG chatbot (AI knowledge assistant)Finance digital assistant querying Snowflake via natural languageDigital initiative evaluation assistant (PoC stage)Support and stabilisation of existing AI applications in AWSDiscover the Power of IT Excellence.
