This role partners with Project Management and Client Support Services teams to support efficient study execution.Duties & Responsibilities:Prepare, assemble, and quality check clinical trial kits in accordance with study protocols and SOPsPrint and process supply orders, labels, and study materials, including investigator laboratory manualsPackage shipments and coordinate distribution to clinical trial sitesMonitor kitting materials and perform routine stock checks, ensuring inventory systems are updated accuratelyMaintain organized documentation, including filing and archiving in line with SOPs and regulatory standardsSupport general operations by maintaining clean and organized work areas, executing resupply orders, and assisting with team training as neededEducation and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior experience in operations, warehouse, or production support is beneficial but not requiredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong written and verbal communication skillsEffective interpersonal and customer service skillsSolid organizational skills with strong attention to detailCompetent computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to follow instructions accurately and learn quicklyCapability to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamAbility to operate independently once trainedPhysical Requirements:Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as assembling kits and packing materialsCapability to stand, move, and lift materials up to 50lbs within a production or warehouse environmentManual dexterity for handling small components and documentationLicensure and Certifications:N/AScheduled Weekly Hours:40Work Shift:Job Category:Laboratory OperationsCompany:Sonic Clinical Trials USA, IncSonic Healthcare USA is an equal opportunity employer that celebrates diversity and is committed to an inclusive workplace for all employees.
