As we expand, we are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiter to join our team and contribute to the warm, inviting experience we offer our guests. Position Overview As a Waiter, you will be the face of our service, responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your role involves more than just taking orders; you will help guide guests through our menu and wine list, offering recommendations and ensuring that every detail of their visit is perfect. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of customer service. Key Responsibilities: Guest Interaction: Welcome and seat guests, present menus, and take orders with a friendly and professional demeanor. Menu and Wine Knowledge: Provide detailed information about our menu and wine offerings. Knowledge of wine is greatly appreciated and will enhance your ability to make recommendations. Order Management: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders, and attend to any guest needs throughout their dining experience. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep tables, dining areas, and service stations clean and organized. Handle Payments: Process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth end to the guest's experience. Schedule: Flexible Hours: We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with shifts available from Tuesday to Sunday. Qualifications: Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer-facing role is highly valued. Strong knowledge of wines is a plus and will be key in making recommendations to guests. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
