This role owns planning, execution, financial performance, and client relationships, driving safe, on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple locations simultaneously. If you thrive in fast-paced, multi-site environments and enjoy owning projects end-to-end, this role is built for you.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nPreconstruction & Planning\r\nLead preconstruction efforts including estimating support, schedule development, logistics planning, and procurement strategy.\r\nCoordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants to finalize design intent and project requirements.\r\nReview and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.\r\nProject Leadership\r\nLead and mentor project teams (APMs, Project Engineers, field staff).\r\nFacilitate project meetings to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and responsibilities.\r\nServe as the primary client point of contact.\r\nScheduling & Execution\r\nDevelop and maintain project schedules using MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.\r\nCoordinate work sequencing, material deliveries, and subcontractor activities.\r\nIdentify risks early and proactively mitigate delays.\r\nFinancial Management\r\nManage project budgets, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis.\r\nReview and approve pay applications, change orders, and invoices.\r\nProtect project margins through cost control and scope management.\r\nSubcontractor & Vendor Management\r\nProcure, negotiate, and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts.\r\nMonitor performance, enforce scope compliance, and resolve issues.\r\nEnsure adherence to quality standards and safety requirements.\r\nQuality, Safety, & Compliance\r\nImplement and oversee Quality Control Plans.\r\nConduct regular site walks focused on quality, safety, and progress.\r\nEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.\r\nClient Communication & Closeout\r\nProvide consistent project updates on schedule, budget, and risk.\r\nManage inspections, punch lists, commissioning, and turnover.\r\nDeliver as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, and post-project reviews.\r\nWhat You Bring\r\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field OR 5–10 years of GC experience.\r\nProven experience managing multi-site commercial construction programs.\r\nStrong understanding of contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.\r\nExperience in general contracting environments.\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to become proficient in Procore, Smartsheet, BuildingConnected, etc.\r\nOSHA 30 (or ability to obtain).\r\nPreferred\r\nState/local GC license.\r\nPMP, CQMC.\r\nLEED accreditation or sustainable construction experience.\r\nPay & Benefits\r\nThe anticipated compensation range for the position is $90,000 - $125,000, is based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience.
