If you have the skills required for this role and a passion for keeping the supply chain moving safely and smoothly, consider joining GXO!\nPay, benefits and more.\nWe are looking for the best Non-CDL Drivers in the industry, and to those we offer one of the best total compensation packages in the industry.\nConsistent schedules that get you home to your family and friends every day\nWeekend Night – Rotational (6:00pm – 6:00am)\nWeek 1: Saturday – Tuesday\nWeek 2: Sunday – Tuesday.\nGenerous benefits package, including full health insurance on your very first day of employment\nMajor medical\nDental\nVision\nLife insurance\nDisability\n401k with company match\nAnd more!\nPay rate starts at $23.25 per hour\nOvertime pay available after 40 worked hours per week\nConsistent pay rate increases\nCompetitive Paid Time Off and paid holidays\nDrive late model, well maintained equipment\nWork in a professional environment where your opinion matters, and safety comes first\n\nWhat you’ll do on a typical day:\nSafely operate, transfer and deliver freight utilizing a 26' box truck and/or other equipment\nMove 26’ Box Truck in and out of loading doors.\nOperate material handling equipment to load and unload materials in a safe manner\nMaintain required documentation, including daily logs, vehicle inspection records, mileage, unloading and shipping records\nConduct thorough and accurate pre-trip and post-trip inspections and provide documentation upon completion; ensure proper closure of trailers\nProvide basic equipment maintenance and report equipment malfunctions as necessary\nProperly secure loads and ensure all loads are within weight limits\nWhat you need to succeed at GXO:\nAt a minimum, you’ll need:\nCurrent DOT medical card\nKnowledge of DOT rules and regulations\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents\nA valid driver’s license with a clean driving record\nMust be at least 21 years of age\nAt least six months of recent DOT regulated (CDL or non-CDL) driving experience\nIt’d be great if you also have:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends\nSolid verbal and written communication skills\nThis job requires the ability to:\nSafely walk, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel\nReach (including above your head)\nWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.\n\nGXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
