PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEYRockville Centre Law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to become a part of our team!The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice law in the state of New York and must bein good standing. Candidate should have strong negotiation, communication skills, acomprehensive understanding of personal injury law.Responsibilities:• Responsible for all aspects of personal injury litigation, including but not limited , slipand fall, motor vehicle accidents.• Evaluate the merits of a personal injury case• Provide guidance and counsel to clients• Review and monitor case facts to determine insurance coverage, case value and medicalcare• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients• Negotiate settlements throughout all stages of a case• Comply with all legal standards and regulations• Research and legal analysis• Ability to professionally multitask and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously• Appear for court dates, including but not limited to motions and trials, depositions,arbitration, mediation in all counties• Ability to take cases to verdictQualifications:• At least five (5) years' experience as a plaintiff personal injury attorney S• Familiarity with various legal documents• Strong analytical and problem solving skills• Ability to build rapport with clients• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsTHIS IS AN IN-PERSON POSITION, NO REMOTE AVAILABLE.
