support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboardsEnsure proper configuration management and change controls are followedProvide technical assistance and cross training to other team membersDesign and implement technology best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processesMust be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervisionRequired Qualifications:3+ years experience developing and implementing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards, including:Working with users in a requirements analysis roleExtensive experience with data warehouse implementationsKnowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts (relational and dimensional)Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transformation and Load) processingProficiency with Power BI, Tableau, and other modern reporting toolsPerformance tuning experience related to reporting queries requiredUnderstanding of data integration issues (validation and cleaning), familiarity with complex data and structuresExcellent interpersonal communication skills are required to support working in project environments that includes multiple teamsRequires strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing prioritiesRequires leadership qualities to mentor junior members of the
