Allstate Security provides reliable, qualified, professional officers who are trained and ready to respond to potential security threats and provide outstanding support and service.Job DetailsSchedule:Variable scheduleMust attend Wednesday Operations meetingsMust work 3 dispatcher shiftsIncludes 2 administrative days (training, audits, coverage)Job Description:The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the dispatch function for a security company, ensuring efficient coordination of field personnel, timely response to incidents, accurate communication with clients and security staff, and proper documentation of all dispatch-related activity. This role supervises dispatchers and supports field operations by managing call flow, assigning personnel, tracking service status, and responding to urgent coverage or operational issues.The Dispatch Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining service continuity, schedule accuracy, emergency responsiveness, and communication between clients, field personnel, supervisors, and management.
