The department is designed with two linear accelerator vaults to facilitate future growth; however, it will open with a single Varian Truebeam linear accelerator. For CT it will have Siemens' latest simulator, the Go.Open Pro. In addition, the simulation room is also designed to house an HDR afterloader in the future. This will be a fast growing department with lots of opportunities for innovation along with strong support from MUSC as a part of the MUSC Hollings Cancer Network which includes multiple sites across the state.Advanced Technology & Clinical ResourcesYou'll work with cutting-edge systems, including:o Varian TrueBeam with HyperSight and HyperArc for Linac SRSo Siemens Somatom go.
