This role is key in keeping our production line running smoothly and efficiently.What You’ll Do:As a Packaging Machine Operator, you’ll take ownership of our wrapping equipment, ensuring products are packaged safely, consistently, and on time. Daily tasks include:Setting up and changing over the machine for different products, packaging, and filmsLoading rolls of wrap/film as neededTroubleshooting and fixing issues to minimize downtimeMonitoring labels, lot codes, and best-by dates for accuracy using the Packaging ChecklistLabeling and boxing finished product in the correct configurationsBreaking down and cleaning machine parts between flavor changesPerforming routine cleaning: blowing off crumbs, sweeping, sanitizing work areas, and washing equipment/floorsWhat We’re Looking For:Mechanical aptitude—experience with machinery, troubleshooting, or basic repairs preferredStrong attention to detail for labeling, coding, and packaging accuracyDependable, safety-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to cross-train and support the team as neededSchedule:Afternoon/Evening shift. Shift can be discussed. Mon-FriFull-time or part-time hours available.
