This role works closely with executive leadership, department leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver programs focused on onboarding, training, employee engagement, and workplace safety. The position plays a key role in aligning organizational priorities with day-to-day execution to support a well-prepared, engaged, and high-performing workforce.Responsibilities Design and facilitate statewide onboarding programs to support a consistent and effective new hire experience Partner with department leaders to develop role-specific training pathways for technical readiness Develop and support leadership training programs for current and emerging leaders Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and action planning Coordinate workplace safety training compliance and support hazard awareness and prevention efforts Manage program timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation Support budget tracking and recommend external vendors or platforms as needed Track and report on program metrics, including onboarding effectiveness and retention indicators Collaborate with Human Resources and cross-functional teams to align training and program goals Design and maintain training materials, facilitator guides, and learning assets Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions Map and improve the end-to-end employee experience from offer acceptance through onboarding Partner with subject matter experts to ensure content aligns with operational and compliance requirements Support leaders in developing structured onboarding plans (30‑60‑90 day plans) Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and new hire check-ins to support continuous improvement Stay informed on workforce trends, engagement strategies, and hybrid work best practices Perform additional duties as assignedRequired Qualifications Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver program outcomes Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and leadership levels Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurancePreferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Advanced business or healthcare degree a plus but not required Experience designing onboarding, training, or employee experience programs Experience working with or supporting operational or cross-functional teamsCompensation & BenefitsFull-time Employees: Paid vacation days (increase with tenure) Separate sick leave that rolls over annually Paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance options DailyPay – access your earnings without waiting for payday Training, development, and growth opportunitiesAll Employees: 401(k) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Pet insurance Perks @ Clarvida – national discounts on shopping, travel, and entertainment Mileage reimbursement(Benefits may vary by state or county)Work LocationCalifornia – Hybrid (combination of in-office and remote work)Travel required up to approximately 20%, including occasional overnight travelEmployment TypeFull-timeHow To ApplyIf you are interested in leading impactful programs and improving the employee experience, click “Apply Now” to join Clarvida as an Operations Program Manager.About ClarvidaClarvida is a leader in behavioral health care, providing community-based mental health and human services.
