Start Your Career as a Photography Assistant (Entry Level) No experience required — we fully train you and pay for your training. Photography Assistant (Starting Position): You will: Help print guest photos using company equipment Prepare and assemble photo frames Present and sell framed photos to guests Support the photographer on the floor This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy sales, customer service, and interacting with people. Photographer (Next Step After Training): You will: Approach guests and offer photo opportunities Take high-quality pictures using company-provided equipment Deliver excellent customer service Work closely with the assistant to complete sales Compensation Structure Photography Assistant (Entry Level): $15.00/hour (W-2 employment) Weekly pay Photographer: Hourly base pay or commission ( depending on performance ) W-2 employment Commission: 20% of personal sales once you reach required sales performance Eligible for tips Weekly pay Realistic Earnings Examples: Slow weekday: $120–$180 per shift Busy weekend: $250–$450 per shift(Earnings vary based on location traffic, personal performance, and guest volume.)
