Working closely with UI\\UX designers, engineers, product stakeholders, and cross-functional partners, this person will turn business requirements into reliable, well-tested solutions; develop frontend web applications; and build and integrate RESTful APIs on AWS.\n\nThe engineer will contribute across the full software development lifecycle — technical design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support — with a strong emphasis on AWS-based, serverless architectures. This role includes solutioning on AWS, applying Well-Architected Framework principles, and helping ensure applications are reliable, secure, and maintainable.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nBuild, test, maintain, and enhance full stack applications across the front end, back end, and database layers.\nContribute across the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.\nDevelop frontend web applications using Angular or React, applying modern frontend design patterns and best practices.\nDesign and implement RESTful APIs using API Gateway and Lambda to support integration between applications and enterprise systems.\nDesign and implement backend/data storage solutions using RDS and/or DynamoDB, and integrate with S3 and related AWS services.\nDefine and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform.\nPartner with Cloud Engineering, DevSecOps, and application teams to implement CI/CD pipeline deployments using tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.\nLeverage AI coding agents/tools to accelerate development and improve code quality.\nMonitor and troubleshoot application and integration issues in development and production environments, and document root cause and resolution steps.\nWork with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver application solutions that support business and user needs.\n\nREQUIRED\n\nUS citizen or Authorized to Work and lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years.
