Lead end to end project management responsibilities as new clients are implemented.\r\nDefine timelines, tasks and critical path issues to assure seamless and successful client implementation.\r\nMaintain on-going and frequent communication with client and various stakeholders with the ability to have difficult conversations.\r\nManage the implementation to ensure milestones/metrics are met and client satisfaction is achieved.\r\nConsults with business partners and clients to clarify and define complex project requirements, budgets, and business cases, including statements of work.\r\nDevelop detailed project plans, including comprehensive task list and realistic timelines.\r\nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation.\r\nCollaborate with appropriate subject matter experts to design solutions that meet the requirements of the project.\r\nPrioritize project tasks and milestones to effectively meet the needs of the client and the business.\r\nInvestigate emerging and relevant technologies based on the technology direction and/or the business direction.\r\nOther duties as assigned.\r\nRequirements: 5-7 years of experience in client services and or account management.\r\n3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably with both domestic and international projects.\r\nSolid technical background w/ knowledge and previous experience with IT project management and/or web development projects preferred.\r\nKnowledge of PMI methodology and Agile methods.\r\nSkills and Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to partner and interact with client executives, technical subject matter experts, and internal colleagues.\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\r\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), webinar tools, Internet-based systems and programs, Microsoft Project and/or other similar project planning tools.\r\nExcellent organizational skills and a proven customer service orientation.\r\nDetail oriented, organized, and have the ability to multi-task.\r\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of competency.\r\nAbility to effectively communicate with all levels of client personnel.\r\nProven record of execution to time and budget.\r\nProfessional: Ability to follow Kuder's culture and values:\r\nAttitude is Everything – We believe we have more potential to accomplish goals, develop resiliency, and make improvements when we choose to lead with a positive attitude.\r\nCreate Partnerships – We create genuine, flexible, and long-term partnerships that cultivate collaboration and support for achieving common goals.\r\nDeliver Success – We drive results and reach our goals with passion, urgency, and a commitment to excellence.
