Process Improvement • Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes, workflows, and tools to increase team effectiveness and execution velocity. • Drive scalable practices for planning, tracking, and delivery. • Drive accountability through clear ownership, action tracking, and operational rigor. Skills: Required • 5 years of experience in Program Management, Engineering Operations, Technical Program Management, or related roles. • Experience managing complex engineering programs and product releases. • Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, testing processes, and engineering operations. • Experience working closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Quality Engineering teams. • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Proven ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive results. • Experience with Jira, Confluence/Wiki, and project tracking tools. Education: Bachelor's degree.
