Project managers plan and manage project resources, manage forecasts and budgets, monitor project health, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project.\r\nResponsibilities Actively manage project scope, schedule, budget, and project tasks of one or more projects.\r\nEffectively partner with sponsors, stakeholders and senior management to ensure strategic goals are met and deliver desired business value.\r\nPresent project concepts and solutions to customers in settings ranging from informal to formal, responding to questions, comments, and criticisms positively.\r\nProvide status updates and proactively identify alternative solutions that may reduce overall project risks.\r\nDevelop cooperation and teamwork while participating in a group, working toward solutions that benefit all involved parties.\r\nCreate an atmosphere where timely and high-quality information flows smoothly up and down, inside and outside Invisors, encouraging open expression of ideas and opinions.\r\nEffectively communicate thoughts and ideas orally or verbally in individual or group situations.\r\nQualifications Workday PM Certified with relevant Workday Project experience.\r\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills and engaging presence in a virtual setting.\r\nStrong conflict resolution organization and customer service skills.\r\nAbility to work and build relationships across multiple functional teams.\r\nSpanish speaking a plus.\r\nLocation & Employment Requirements Candidates must currently reside and work within the United States, as this role supports client engagements that require consultants to be U.S.-based. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Invisors will not sponsor employment-based visas for this position. This is a full-time W2 position only.
