Chief duties include reporting to the Commissioning manager or designees on the project, attending meetings and documenting meeting minutes, tracking progress of MEP contractor installations, inspecting installed materials for compliance with the contract documents, and supporting equipment testing scripts in coordination with the General Contractor, Facilities representatives, and MEP Trade contractors. We are looking for enthusiastic attitudes and team players to join our success.\n\nResponsibilities include:\n\nWork with Client, Owner, and Trade Partners to ensure completion of Commissioning Levels 2-5\n\n• Ensure compliance of program standards\n\n• Validate all required equipment documentation is submitted and complete\n\n• Assist trade partners with issue resolution\n\n• Review contract documents for MEP completeness and constructability. Work with the project management teams to identify and resolve any scope gaps, means and methods omissions and project specific challenges.\n\n• Perform site walks throughout the course of construction and review installations for quality and compliance with the contract documents\n\n• Support functional testing with trade contractors in the field.
