This role oversees daily operations, plans work activities, coordinates materials, and ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate leads by example and maintains a proactive, “can-do” attitude.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and organize personnel, equipment, tools, and materials to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project executionOversee proper operation and maintenance of construction equipmentMaintain accurate records, including job quantities, productivity, timesheets, and daily reportsWork alongside the crew to ensure timely completion of tasksLead by example to promote a positive and productive team environmentEnsure compliance with all company policies and safety standardsExperienceMinimum of 5 years in the civil construction industry (required)At least 1 year in a leadership role within construction (required)RequirementsWillingness and ability to travelValid driver’s licenseStrong communication, leadership, and teamwork skillsOSHA 10 CertificationCommitment to Gregory Construction’s core values: Safety, Integrity, Excellence, Determination, and CommunicationWork LocationMultiple locations (travel required)BenefitsThis full-time position includes:Paid time offHealth and dental insuranceCompany-matched 401(k)Additional perks and benefitsGregory Construction is committed to the success of both our clients and our employees.
