Instructional Designer

We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer with strong expertise in Articulate 360 to create engaging training materials for various roles within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of instructional design principles, proficiency with e-learning tools, and a passion for developing innovative learning solutions. Key Responsibilities: Utilize the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to create instructional content and learning experiences. Develop interactive e-learning courses using Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and refine content, ensuring training materials are accurate and relevant.. Work closely with the training team, SMEs, and other stakeholders to align with organizational goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning Technologies, or a related field. Proficiency in Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise. Strong understanding of the ADDIE model and other instructional design frameworks. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/AICC standards. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the healthcare or a related industry. Certification in instructional design or e-learning development. Knowledge of other e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software. Familiarity with Moodle LMS.
