This includes setting up the equipment, monitoring the molten metal pouring process, inspecting finished parts for quality, and performing basic maintenance on the machines. This may also involve trimming excess material, repairing molds, and documenting production details.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nOperating the die casting machine: This includes loading dies, setting parameters like temperature and pressure, and ensuring the machine runs smoothly during the casting process.\nMonitoring and inspecting: Checking the molten metal flow, ensuring proper filling of the die, and inspecting finished castings for defects or adherence to specifications.\nSetting up and adjusting equipment: Installing dies, adjusting machine settings, and ensuring proper alignment and functioning of the equipment.\nPerforming maintenance and repairs: Basic maintenance of the die casting machine, including cleaning, lubricating, and repairing minor issues.\nTrimming and finishing parts: Removing excess material, grinding scrap, and preparing the parts for further processing.\nQualifications and Requirements:\n\nMechanical aptitude, experience with gauges, micrometers, tape measure & hand tools\nAbility to work without supervision & strong work ethic\nStrong math skills\nAbility to lift 50 lbs repetitively\nPrevious trim, press or injection molding experience\nMust be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check\nBenefits and Perks:\n\n$17-18 an hour\nMedical, Dental & Vision Benefits\n401K\nReferral Bonuses\nYour New Organization:\nIts employees – the most skilled in the industry – are the hallmark of the operation.
