People Analytics Manager
Responsible for developing analytical rigor to shape the People Strategy, the full-time remote People Analytics Manager will analyze organizational health, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations in collaboration with HR and business leadership.
Key responsibilities
Utilize data analysis to identify patterns related to recruitment, attrition, and engagement, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
Partner with business leaders to connect data trends with business needs and People Strategy, offering informed recommendations for policy and workforce planning
Collect and synthesize data into user-friendly dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and track key business metrics
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
7-10+ years of experience in people analytics within a corporate environment, including employee engagement and attrition trends analysis
Proficiency with business intelligence tools and HRIS systems, along with strong Excel and data analysis capabilities
Experience in business analysis, data analysis, and/or statistical analysis
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
