Join us as a Converting Operator and take charge of high-speed bag machines that produce quality flexible packaging-safely, efficiently, and on time.What You'll DoSet up and operate high-speed bag machinesMonitor quality (regular checks throughout each run)Troubleshoot issues and partner with Maintenance when neededComplete basic preventive maintenance and housekeepingTrack production, scrap, and efficiency data accuratelyCoordinate with teammates to maximize uptimeKeep machines running smoothly through shift changes You'll have real ownership-adjusting settings, maintaining run speeds, and ensuring every product meets our standards.
