With studios and resources worldwide, we can help you reach the content scalability and production redundancy you want without losing your brand's uniqueness.\n\nPURPOSE SUMMARY\nThe Project Manager oversees day-to-day client account management and relationships. This includes organizing client information, scheduling, and chaperoning content asset production projects through the Straub Collaborative workflow. Project managers may facilitate business for multiple clients. The client load will vary based on scope of work with each client, seasonality, and new business acquisition. It is the responsibility of the Project Manager to act as a conduit of information between the client and the internal production teams.\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:\nPrepares estimates according to client scope in collaboration with department leads\nInitiates project creation to accurately capture client scope\nCollaborates with Resourcing and Production teams to establish and update production\ncalendars\nComprehends and communicates project scope from client to internal production teams\nComprehends and communicates project development status from production teams to client\nEnsures client contractual requirements are fulfilled\nPrepares and facilitates Pre-Production and Retrospective (both internal and client-facing)\nmeetings using PowerPoint\nPrepares and presents personal agenda topics for recurring interdepartmental production\nmeetings\nTrains internal production staff on evolving sets of client standards\nManages client business status updates including project status reports coming from Straub\nCollaborative's production tools including, but not limited to, Workhorse, ShotFlow and\nProWorkFlow\nCreates internal client summaries for Director and Executive team review\nCreates schedules and agendas for recurring client meetings, and conducts runs those meeting\nParticipates in asset quality control checkpoints\n\nCommunicates merchandise and sample issues internally and externally as required\nManages client review cycles in a variety of platforms including, but not limited to, Aproove,\nFrame.IO and hard proofs\nManages change requests throughout the project including client requested changes and\nnegotiation of schedule adjustments\nRecognizes, negotiates, and captures and opportunities outside the original scope or contract\nwhere possible\nResponsible for all project documentation and management of workflow tools to ensure timely\ncompletion and accuracy through the lifecycle of the job\nManages budgets, reconciliations, and invoicing to the client in a timely manner based on the\ncontracted terms\nMaintains an awareness of vendor relationships and invoicing, coordinating with accounting team\nthrough Mineral Tree\nParticipates in administration of scheduled returns and exiting of client product samples\nProject Manager must be available and accessible to internal team and external clients using\nTeams and email during traditional business hours, and on occasion beyond typical hours when\nnecessary.\nProject Managers' office schedules are determined by a combination of studio locale and\nmanagerial discretion and can range from exclusively onsite, to a hybrid model of onsite and\nremote.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring seamless execution through\nstellar organizational and time management skills\nAbove average aptitude for consistently managing and organizing large quantities of data related\nto asset, model and taxonomy characteristics\nDemonstrates creative problem-solving skills\nCommunicates effectively in-person, on the phone, and within a variety of digital formats, both\nverbal and written\nAbility to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and work schedules\nDemonstrates planning and prioritization skills by creating successful frameworks for project\nexecution\nDemonstrates initiative, and understands degrees of urgency and escalation\nAbility to train and quality check co-workers on processes and procedures related to Project\nMANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:\nFluency in the terminology of digital photography production, styling and post-production are\nvalued skills\nDemonstrates a growth mindset by setting and adapting realistic, achievable personal and team\ngoals.\nProfessionalism in presentation and communication as appropriate for a client-facing role\n\nFamiliarity with ProWorkflow or similar project management software\nAdvanced skill in Microsoft Office software programs, specifically Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables,\nConditional Formatting) Required.\nMust have proficient basic math skills and ability to
