This role is responsible for outbound calling, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers for energy and environmental consulting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable on the phone, able to engage business decision-makers, and skilled at identifying sales-ready opportunities.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales conversations, thrives in a goal-oriented environment, and wants flexible part-time work with performance-based upside.What You'll DoMake outbound calls to businesses and property owners to introduce NOCO Energy’s energy and sustainability solutionsIdentify and engage decision-makers (facility managers, owners, CFOs, etc.)Qualify leads based on energy usage, contract timing, ownership structure, and interest levelPre-qualify prospects for electric supply, natural gas, and solar opportunitiesAccurately log all calls, notes, and outcomes in NOCO’s CRMSchedule qualified appointments or hand off warm leads to NOCO sales representativesMaintain consistent call volume and activity targetsFollow up on previously contacted leads and nurture long-term opportunitiesMaintain professionalism and brand representation for NOCO EnergyReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
